About The Role | Te mahi An exciting opportunity awaits an outstanding Senior Spa Therapist to join the team at the beautiful and modern Moss Spa, within the Sudima Queenstown Five Mile complex in the Five Mile Shopping Centre.
We are looking for a passionate and customer focused therapist who is willing to exceed guest's expectations with memorable spa treatments and service.
This is a permanent full time role with a guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week, with a pay rate of $31.61 per hour.
Responsibilities | Nga haepapa Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends and public holidays Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner Deliver a high level of service to all guests Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products Ensure client database is kept up to date and is correct Keep a clean and stocked room Suggest and promote retail products or additional services Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations Apply best practices and keep up to date with market trends Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and maintaining client records Requirements About you | Ko koe tenei NZQF Level 4 qualification, or at least three years of relevant experience In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
