Senior Sous Chef (Also Looking For Cdps)

Sous Chef salary $70-90k per annum depending on experience
CDP $26 - $30 per hour depending on experience
We need two permanent members on the team to help us maintain a great work-life balance for the Chef team, and to replace a valued chef who's leaving Auckland :(  As Senior Sous Chef you'll be working across our two kitchens, maintaining quality, and supporting the team. We do weddings and events only, with a focus on high-quality food prepared from scratch. 
As a CDP you'll be working in the kitchen alongside the other chefs, prepping and assisting with meal service on event days.

Abel Estate and Tui Hills have been wedding venues for many years.  The current owners have renovated and upgraded the quality of both the venues, and the service style.  We pride ourselves on delivering an authentic contemporary New Zealand experience, with food service being a key part of that.
