This is a full-time permanent role, based in our Auckland CBD office, with flexible working options available.Reporting to the Head of Solutions and Services, the Senior Solutions Manager will define and deliver performance solutions (including Professional development) to Fidelity Life's advisers, strategic alliances, and corporate partners.Taking cues from customer, adviser and partner needs, regulatory environment developments and technology opportunities, the Senior Solutions Manager will deliver business consultancy and individual competency solutions that drive great outcomes for customers and partners.Some key areas of responsibility include:Solutions Development and DeliveryEnd to end management of the complete lifecycle of the Adviser edge programme, from its inception including the creation, platforms, adviser selection, and seamless onboarding processes, to driving active engagement, meticulously orchestrating impactful events, and executing strategic programme activation.Managing all programs included within the Fidelity Life Adviser Edge programme, a distinctive new to market proposition tailored for advisers, which includes Career connect, Professional pathways and Advice masters.Optimising our Career Connect program to actively foster growth and make a material difference to the number of new advisers joining the industry. Innovate and implement comprehensive support initiatives within the programme to empower these students throughout their journey.Cultivating a community, fostering deep-seated relationships to provide a platform to re-engage advisers with Fidelity Life.Implementing strategies to keep advisers engaged and motivated throughout the program.Customer and Partner ResultsEnsure all Solutions and engagements orient around great customer outcomes as a top priority.Deliver a Solutions value proposition that helps Fidelity's business partners grow their businesses and improve their capability, creating loyalty and increased value for Fidelity Life.Look deeply to identify the needs of the adviser, strategic and corporate partners; Ensure all solutions credibly demonstrate how they meet the needs of customers and partners.TeamworkAs a member of the Solutions and Services team, contribute to the shaping of the Solutions and Services strategy, delivery framework, reporting, ways of working and team goals.Championing the voice of the customer and Fidelity business partner, bring all vital internal and external partners together to deliver performance solutions for Fidelity Life's advisers, strategic alliances, and corporate partners.About YouWith 5+ years in banking/ finance or life insurance with exposure to key functions of life insurance organisations as well as previous business consultancy experience, you'll have the ability to deliver solutions that align to our strategy respecting the spirit of relevant laws, regulations, and codes of conduct.Together with this you will bring:A strong ability to problem solve, with lateral thinking to help businesses and individuals perform better.Experience in delivering quality outcomes within budget and planned timeframes.An ability to influence, including establishing and maintaining strong relationships across many levels including senior management, team members and our external partners.Good digital IQ: Conversant with solutions and opportunities they present to accelerate to make life insurance (more) accessible, simple to understand and affordable for customers.Achieved NZ Certificate in Financial Services (L5) preferred.Ability to present and influence, ideally with New Zealand Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching (Level 4)About usCelebrating 50-years in 2023, Fidelity Life is New Zealand's largest locally owned and operated life insurer.
