Key responsibilities: Vary depending what work you are most interested in. This role affords the successful candidate to work beneath a range of partners specialising in:Resource Management;Public and regulatory;Public litigation.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, case law and industry trends;Drafting relevant court documents for court and judicial review procedures.To be successful in this role you may have: Strong knowledge of litigation processes and laws;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality;Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail;Strong research skills with the ability to analyse complex legal information;4 + PQE however all applications will be assessed on merit.This role is open to backgrounds of those who were judges clerks, have experience in the court, or in public regulatory teams.
