TODD & WALKER LAW – Queenstown, South IslandWe are looking for an experienced intermediate solicitor to join our growing property and projects team as a Senior Solicitor.About the roleYou will be involved in all aspects of the firm's property and projects practice, including working on property development structuring and titling, complex property sales and acquisitions, leasing, commercial contract drafting and construction contracts.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will receive the benefit of working in a supportive environment with supervision from our highly experienced property and projects Partners and Senior Associates.We encourage our solicitors to have regular client contact, and the role offers great opportunities for long-term career development.What we are looking for in a candidateA New Zealand admitted solicitor with 3-5 years PQE with strong technical property law knowledge and skills.Experience in construction law and/or commercial/corporate law would be a bonus but is not necessary.Strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of LINZ subdivision requirements.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the strength or potential to build on existing client relationships and to develop your own referral network.Someone who can work independently to deliver results and who also enjoys working closely with others as part of a supportive team.Someone with a confident, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to their work and a genuine continued interest in developing their practice.About UsTODD & WALKER Law is one of Queenstown Lakes leading all-service law firms.
