Senior Solicitor

A new opportunity has arisen with a mid-size firm that is expanding their litigation team. You will work across a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters at varying levels of complexity. The areas of commercial and civil litigation you will work across may include but not be limited to: banking and finance, contract, trust and estates, transport, defamation, health and safety, coronial inquests, and more. You will prepare and draft legal documents, conduct research, and be directly involved in the litigation process, including appearing in Court or mediations when relevant. Your level of responsibility will depend on your level of experience but you could be taking the lead for some or working closely with the Partner. You will collaborate directly with clients and work closely with junior team members, providing them with guidance and mentoring.
