About the Role: Lead and manage a diverse caseload, with emphasis on conveyancing, property finance, wills, estates, trusts, and other areas of general private practice.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored end-to-end legal solutions adhering to the highest professional standards.
Independent file management from initial instruction to closure, ensuring compliance whilst maintaining a strong client focus.
Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team.
Work closely with Directors on complex matters, contributing to strategic decision-making and the firm's future growth.
Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5+ years PQE in private practice, with a solid background in property finance, conveyancing, and general legal practice.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing your caseload efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, can-do attitude to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Excellent communication skills, with a client-centered approach and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or managing junior staff will be highly valued.
