Senior Solicitor - General Practice

As a Solicitor working for two Partners based in South Auckland, you will be joining a well-established, collaborative team.

The Partners have worked together for over 10 years and can also boast a very low staff turnover in their wider team. Having a supportive management style, they consider themselves approachable mentors who like to balance autonomy with having an "open door" policy and being available if staff need assistance.

The firm's split of work varies but tends to be a high proportion of conveyancing - residential and commercial, commercial, private client work. In addition, the firm has a strong support team including a Legal Exec who manages their own portfolio of Conveyancing clients.

The firm's culture is easygoing, supportive, and friendly. Each day there is morning tea and the team often gets together to socialise.

As well as free car parking, the offices are light and airy with dedicated offices for authors (where the doors tend to stay open) as well as an open plan feel for support staff. The office hours are 8.30 - 5.00 Mon - Fri - it is a full-time role but the Partners will offer some flexibility on this for the right person. There is also the chance to develop and work towards a Partnership role in the long term.
