What you'll do: As a Commercial Technology Lawyer, you will be deeply involved in some of the most significant NZ-based transactions, both domestically and globally. Your role will encompass advising on procurement and supply, cloud computing, everything-as-a-service, reseller and distribution models, as well as complex IT outsourcing agreements. You possess strong knowledge of technology law and have proven experience handling complex legal transactions.
