What you'll do:
Drafting documents including correspondence, pleadings, and submissions
Conducting thorough research related to cases
Performing discovery tasks
Resolving disputes in a timely and efficient manner
Working on insolvency cases
What you bring:
At least 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
Experience in a civil or commercial litigation team
Strong academic background
Proficient in research and discovery tasks
Experience in mediation and dispute resolution
Knowledge of insolvency laws
