As they look to expand their commercial offering, the firm is seeking an outstanding Senior Solicitor or Associate to join their well-established team.
About the Role
Suited to an experienced candidate well versed in the Corporate and Commercial space, this role will see you working across a broad scale of interesting and complex matters, including advising on commercial contracts, dealing with mergers and acquisitions, and working across various industries in the business sector.
About you
With around 3 years PQE, you will have a solid foundation across the corporate and commercial space, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. With excellent attention to detail, your strengths will lie in providing strategic solutions to complex issues. Dedication to your clients and continuing to build relationships will be of high importance to you.
