We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic practitioner who will enhance this busy and successful team and play an integral part in the continuing growth of this vibrant practice.Our client is a well-established and progressive law firm seeking to recruit a competent lawyer with five years' solid experience gained within a reputable Commercial/Corporate team of a New Zealand law firm.
You will work alongside experienced practitioners who are skilled specialists in all areas of business law.
This firm prides itself on its professional, friendly, and team-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Providing sound commercial advice and working alongside established businesses, start-ups, commercial landlords, and tenants;Shareholders contracts;Leasing;Sale and purchase of businesses;Requirements:5-6 years' PQE;Strong time management and organisational skills;Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people;A true team player, friendly and supportive;Confident in your abilities and able to make well-informed decisions.This firm offers a very supportive and engaging work environment.
