About the firm: We are working along side an excellent law firm in Tauranga on an exciting new opportunity within their Commercial Property team.
This is a well-established, larger law firm in Tauranga providing a range of legal services. The successful property team is one of the larger teams within the firm and is involved with both residential and commercial property matters including sale and purchase, subdivisions, leasing, development work, and agricultural and horticultural land.

About the role: We are seeking a Senior Solicitor or Associate with 4 or more years of post-qualification. You will have experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing, subdivisions, and developments. It will be favourable if you have experience in trusts and estates advice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, will be able to build rapport with clients as well as network and engage new business opportunities. We are seeking someone who is an ambitious person, commercially minded, and able to mentor more junior solicitors.
