The Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC) is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to contribute to developing integrated smart manufacturing applications.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement robust full-stack applications using .NET C# and AngularDevelop scalable microservice architectures, and implement containerization and container orchestrationIntegrate AI/ML capabilities within manufacturing software, ensuring seamless interoperability across the ecosystemImplement efficient data management and real-time processing solutions, adhering to best practices in cloud-native software designCollaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business requirements, evaluating and recommending appropriate technologiesContribute to the development of AI models and applications that enhance manufacturing operations and processesRequirements:Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend .NET C# and frontend AngularProficient in designing and implementing maintainable, scalable, and secure software architecturesHands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and the ability to leverage cloud services from AWS or AzureUnderstanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of AI/ML frameworks and the ability to integrate AI capabilities within manufacturing softwareFamiliarity with industrial IoT and edge computing in manufacturing environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quicklyExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary teamThe eligibility criteria above are not exhaustive.
