We're cashflow-driven, and are still co-founder led.We build PocketSmith using Ruby primarily, and have a penchant for using Vue on the front-end.We're a deliberately small team and believe that efficiency in engineering is better reached through smaller teams.We recognise our strengths, and as such we're not looking for someone that needs mentoring.As a company, we love looking after our customers; over half our team are customer support folks.As a team, we love looking after the people that look after our customers.
The support team is a first-class citizen at PocketSmith, not a cost center.We're looking for excellent software engineers in general, but we're most interested in a backend engineer right now.There are effectively no management levels in Engineering.
