You're a full-stack engineer and are interested in learning and applying the technologies and frameworks in our stack, and are experienced working within agile development teams that apply and experiment with practices such as emergent design, infrastructure automation and continuous delivery. You have a willingness to jump into our legacy code to improve it when needed and are excited in learning about how our industry operates!
What will you be doing Joining our Core Onboarding team at Serko, you'll play a crucial role in the activation and onboarding of new users into our system. In this position, you'll leverage data-driven insights to support a robust experimentation approach, developing innovative strategies to enhance our methods for attracting and registering new users. Your efforts will be instrumental in increasing the registration and activation rates of new users on our platform.

Working with cross-functional product engineering teams to create quality software that our customers love.Producing clean, consistent and well-organised code that we regularly push to production on our technology stack:C# and Web APITypeScript, React and ReduxMS SQL, Redis and Azure storageAzure infrastructure and platform servicesWorking with the team to identify and implement improvements in our processes, practices and product.Working in a "build it and run it" environment where engineering teams build, deploy, monitor and support their components that they own.Leading design and adoption of modern technical practices such as DDD, TDD, CI/CD, pair-programming and mob-programming.Mentoring and coaching other engineers.
