Senior Software Engineer (Golang)

Engineering - Software (Information & Communication Technology) As a Staff Engineer, you will be a key part of this Product Engineering team, building the next versions of our product while contributing to the overall growth of our engineering practice. This is a hands-on role where you will spend most of your time coding and shaping the future of the product. What You'll Need: Must-haves: Advanced proficiency in Go, especially for large-scale systems. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Demonstrable experience in delivering scalable software systems. Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools. Should-haves: Experience in a fully remote or hybrid team environment. Understanding of infrastructure operations (e.g., Docker). Awareness of current trends in containerization or Platform Engineering. Experience with B2B software and cross-functional team collaboration. Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular). Deep knowledge of infrastructure or operations (e.g., Kubernetes management).
