Senior Software Developer

Our client is a world-class engineering and logistics business. As a Senior Software Developer you will utilise your expertise in Microsoft platform technologies (API) and Azure to design, build and modify business-tier components. Your proficiency in C# Development and Azure Integration will be crucial in creating robust solutions that meet the needs of the business. You will also have the opportunity to create prototypes to validate proposed ideas and solicit input from stakeholders. Your commitment to test-driven development and continuous integration processes will ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
What you'll need to succeed: Designing, building, and modifying business-tier components, applications, and integrations for digital products or systemsUtilising C# Development skills and Azure Integration (Function Apps, Logic Apps, APIM etc.)Creating prototypes to validate proposed ideas and solicit input from stakeholders.Applying test-driven development and continuous integration processes.Converting high-level design to low-level design and implementing it.Collaborating with Team Leads to define/clarify business requirements, estimate development costs, and finalise work plans.Working with the Quality Assurance Team on issue reporting, resolution, and change management.Assisting the Application Support Team with any environmental issues that arise during application deployment in the Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.Your interest will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
