About the roleJoining as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer you'll be a key influencer and contributor to our new Property offering. This will require you to work closely and collaboratively with our dedicated team. You'll ultimately be helping us deliver customer-led outcomes that need to be observable, scalable, and well-considered.

What we're looking forExpertise in the provisioning and deployment of AWS cloud environments, covering core infrastructure and services.Ensure security, scalability, and supportability are well considered aspects of our solution architectures.Support our observability, monitoring and alerting efforts as well as being an active part of our incident response process.Lead and establish appropriate infrastructure conventions for the wider engineering team to be considerate of and make contributions to.Prior experience being part of a cross-functional software engineering team, ideally supporting .NET based SaaS solutions.What you'll be part ofThe flexibility of a start-up with the stability of having an existing large customer base.Helping to bring a new product to market that has completed research to validate the market opportunity with strong business commitment and funding.Being part of a company with strong values that is connected to improving community and social initiatives.An Auckland team that is predominantly in the office but also recognises work/life balance with flexibility for an element of hybrid working.We complement our knowledgeable and experienced in-house capability with external expertise.
