Senior Site Manager

I'm currently working with a residential developer who are looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 58 unit residential project in Rotorua.
Requirements for the role:
Previous experience as a foreman/site manager
Qualified builder
Great communication skills with clients and contractors
Professional and well-presented
Role responsibilities will include:
Planning and Scheduling
Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and safety records.
Management of Contractors
Have a good working relationship with all suppliers and subcontractors, creating a respectful environment and ensuring the efficient daily running of them during the build process.
Have a sound knowledge of NZ3604 (NZ Building Code) and be able to offer advice and problem solve for/with sub-contractors.
Health & Safety
Demonstrate a commitment to a culture of excellence in Health and Safety best practice through on-site behaviour, practices and attitude.
Ensure that regular and informative Toolbox meetings are taking place
Ensure that regular site safety inspections are carried out and recorded, and that any identified hazards are addressed immediately with appropriate remedial actions.
Quality Assurance
Ensure the completion of all work before handover confirming all items included in the schedule, and approved variations and plans are to the highest quality.
Salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience. I have discussed $100,000 to $140,000 with them.
