The Company:

This is a relatively younger commercial main contractor, innovative and they build across small to medium sized new build and interiors projects. They are organically growing and have seen strong successes securing a run of good project wins of recent. They anticipate further growth and are now ready to employ an additional senior site manager to run one of their secured projects.

The Role:

This is a typical site manager that will see you covering ordering materials, driving sub-contractors, problem solving, H&S management, toolbox talks, program management and tracking, and client/consultant communications.

Your background:

Key success factors for this role require:Carpentry trade qualified and tertiary qualification on top ideal10 + years' experience in managing a mix of medium sized commercial projects, over $5M with exposure to concrete and steel elements of constructionStrong site management skills with the ability to self-motivate and be accountable for team performancePossessing an attitude of successSound H&S skills and aptitudeStrong IT skills with experience in Procore idealOutstanding written and oral communicationThis is a chance to join a contractor who love and enjoy work and who celebrating their successes regular.

Remuneration Package: $140K - $150K plus vehicle + other benefits.
