You will take ownership of the Service Desk system, providing a modern, consistent and reliable digital support service, all while delivering excellent support to our DairyNZ staff.Reporting to the Digital Operations Lead, you will support the Operations team with:Full responsibility for the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Service Desk systemManage and operate central management toolsets such as Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Apple Business Manager and moreProvide technical support to assist end users including trouble shooting hardware and software issuesDeploy and manage supplementary solutions such as video conference room systems and digital signageSystem Administration including user set up, changes and user permissionsProvide support on a range of incidents and service requestsAbout youYou are a self-motivated, tech-savvy individual with a passion for problem-solving and a hunger for implementing continuous improvement.
