You can check out more about what we do here: https://youtu.be/YoWsuV64uAI?si=iqzcN7PAiXoogwSgAs a member of our global IT & Security team, you will be responsible for safeguarding our information systems by monitoring and analysing security threats, managing security tools, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and responding to incidents. You will play a crucial role ensuring the organisation's security posture remains robust and resilient.
Responsibilities

Manage operational security utilizing various tools and techniques to monitor systems, analyse security alerts, and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Enhance the functionality of existing security tools by implementing new features and integrating advanced technologies to strengthen defences.
Manage incident response activities, conduct post-incident analysis, implement preventive measures to minimise future risks.
Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and guide team members by fostering skill development and ensuring a cohesive team approach.
Support internal and external security audits.
Identify security requirements for new applications and other software products.
Support presale activities by answering customer security questionnaires and presenting information on Volpara's security program.
Contribute to IT security training and awareness programs.

Experience & Qualifications

5-10 years' experience in IT, with 5 years of IT security experience.
A degree in Computer Science or similar preferred but not required
Industry standard certification
Experience with Microsoft security suite of products; Sentinel, Defender, Intune, Information Protection
Experience with vulnerability management and risk mitigations
Strong oral and communication skills
Experience with IDAM, conditional access policies, DLP, ISO27001 preferred but not required.
