Senior School Teacher Aide (Ell)

In this role you will be working alongside our teachers to support, inspire and guide our students who have learning differences. We need a person who is well versed in literacy processes and teaching practices, and who is a team player with a flexible approach. The ability to build strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues is vital. You will have:
A good knowledge of literacy and teaching approaches to literacyAn ability to interpret assessment material and teaching resources to ensure positive academic outcomesStrong organisational and time management skillsShow professional judgement and diplomacy, along with confidentiality.We offer students a dual pathway with NCEA and International Baccalaureate.
