As a subject matter expert, you will work in Salesforce agile delivery teams as well as provide technical leadership and mentorship on the delivery of the solutions.With your profound understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices, you will have proven success in translating business requirements into carefully configured and designed Salesforce applications. Your contribution is instrumental in supporting the ongoing success and delivery of our Salesforce products and services, ensuring it continues to meet our business needs.You will be actively identifying and creating opportunities to strengthen teamwork, driving conversations within the team and with cross-functional stakeholders. Join us and be part of a ground-breaking journey towards creating better health outcomes.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant experience.Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce functional experience, ideally in a large and complex organisationExperience as a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant and delivered complex projectsExpert on the Salesforce platform, ideally on Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience CloudExpert across Salesforce Products e.g., Health cloud, OmnistudioExpert in Salesforce flows, Omnistudio and LWC.Proficient understanding of Apex, Git source repository, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and Salesforce DX and automation toolsExcellent understanding of CI/CD, DevOps and Salesforce DX.Excellent knowledge and experience on Salesforce deployments and Metadata API, various Salesforce deployment methods.Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, such as AWS CodePipeline or Jenkins.Expert in Salesforce reporting.Good understanding of Salesforce licensing, user administration and permissions model.Expert in Data management tools for the SF platform, e.g., Dataloader, etc.Significant experience with Git source repository and experience with GitHub/GitLab with standard Git workflows.Experience working in Agile delivery team (e.g., Scrum)Good understanding of APIs (SOAP/REST/GraphQL/Composite) and how to integrate with SF, using low code mechanisms, e.g., Outbound messages, External Services, Salesforce Connect, etc.Excellent documentation and organizational skillsExperience in working with internal and external stakeholdersStrong written and oral communications skillsKnowledge of the Health Sector and Government is preferred but not essentialA commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
