You will also play a role in the development of our Cherry Rescue project, building an all year-round business, giving diversity to the position.We are looking for a solution-based thinker who has the confidence to empower and lead a team through:Developing the strategy to grow revenues and expand business for existing and new products.Leading the execution of the overall sales and marketing functions including key client relationships, commercial partnerships, marketing and other revenue opportunities.Providing visible leadership for our brand values and culture.Planning and delivering robust financial performance.To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate a track record of success in export sales.You will also need to possess:Exceptional communication skillsEvidence in high-level negotiationsInitiative and the ability to think outside the boxAnalytical and strategic thinkingEmpathy and thoughtful deliveryThe ability to work in a collaborative team environmentThe ability to manage stress in a busy workplaceThis is a full-time position working 8:30 - 5:00pm (however there will be a variance in hours during the Harvest period - November to February).
