Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionReporting to the Director of Sales, Corporate & Leisure, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customersEnsure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basisSolicit corporate business through action plan preparation and executionEstablish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices, confirming by written contractsParticipate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations as neededMaintain accounts, contacts, activities, and business details within the appropriate software applicationsWork closely with other departments to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and Guests depart satisfiedPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as requiredBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious Sales experience requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and/or relevant computer applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal requiredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible and reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional Information #J-18808-Ljbffr
