Are you ready to make a difference? We're currently hiring for our next Senior Sales Consultant for our Sylvia Park retail store. The WHAT? This opportunity is for 32 hours per week, working over the following roster; Monday: 11am-7:15pm, Thursday: 11am-7:30pm, Friday: 12:15pm-9:15pm, Sunday: 11am-7:15pm.
As a team member, you will: Act as a keyholder, with higher duties including opening and closing of the store and running the floor when required. Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified. Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting. Thoroughly understand the customer's needs, consulting with them to share our knowledge and find the best fit. Participate in the success of the store, providing excellent customer experience, merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators. Be an active part of the team, embodying the team model and CORE values. To be successful you will need: An ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective relationships. Exceptional customer service skills. Previous experience working in retail is ideal. Attention to detail, can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly. To commit to our 2024 black-out period; Monday 25th November 2024 - 4th December 2024 and Monday 16th December 2024 - Sunday 5th January 2025. No leave will be approved over this time.
