Are you ready to make a difference? We're currently hiring for our next Senior Sales Consultant for our Remarkables outlet store.
The WHAT?
This opportunity is for 24 hours per week, working over the following roster: Monday: 8:45am - 5:15pm, Friday: 8:45am - 5:15pm, Sunday: 8:45am - 5:15pm.
As a team member, you will:
Act as a keyholder, with higher duties including opening and closing of the store and running the floor when required.
Complete a 12-week training program to become BRA-FIT certified.
Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting.
Thoroughly understand the customer's needs, consulting with them as experts in the field to share our knowledge and find the best fit.
Participate in the success of the store, through providing excellent customer experience, merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators.
Be an active part of the team, embodying the team model and CORE values.
To Be Successful You Will Need:
An ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective relationships.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Previous experience working in retail is ideal.
Attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.
