Senior Resource Management Planning Consultant

About The Company Our Client is a distinguished land development consultancy renowned for its innovative approach and technical excellence. With a team over 50 strong, they are looking for a Senior Planner to help with them the consistent work flow. As a New Zealand employee-owned company, the focus for this organisation isn't the bottom line, but to be focused on the people within their company.
Role Description Reporting to the Planning Director, the role of a Senior Planner with our client is for someone who wants to take the lead in different projects, whether collaborating with regulatory authorities or private developers. Not only will you be giving planning and resource management advice to external clients, you will be relied upon internally to provide your technical expertise with Surveyors, Geotechical Specailists, and Civil Engineers.
What You Will Bring To The Role To be successful in this role you will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification, as well as at least five years of experience working with the Resource Management Act. Not essential, but beneficial to have is:
Land development and Subdivision knowledge Proven track record as a Consultant Eligible for full NZPI membership Benefits A key benefit which this organsiation offers, that no other do is their 36 Hour Week, at noon on Friday, everybody heads off from work.
