Fixed Term contract until September 2025AucklandPMO experienceWe are looking for a Senior ICT Resource Advisor to work with our well-known Auckland client. This is a full-time Fixed Term role until September 2025 working in a busy IT team. You will need to understand IT Projects/ Portfolios to be able to strategically plan proposed work.
About the role:Updating the Project Management tool with new initiatives and resources,Ensure future work programs can be met and forecasted,Managing the pipeline of initiatives with key stakeholders and providing new work requirements,Using a variety of tools (Power BI, SAP, ServiceNow, Sentient, Excel) with confidenceYou will be able to work with a variety of partners to ensure workforce resources are being sourcedForecasting workforce requirements, including turnover, recruitment and reportingAbout you:A Project Manager or a Senior Project Coordinator who has technology project experience in resource estimations, planning and scheduling,Financial acumen for resource estimation costings,A full understanding of project end-to-end delivery,Ability to think on your feet adapt quickly to changes,Ability to create and deliver professional reports and presentationsAbility to communicate at all levels,Understand process management methodologiesHow to Apply:Click APPLY now and include your CV and cover letter.
