What You Will Do as a Senior Residential Support Worker
Provide day-to-day care and guidance to young people, helping them develop life skills
Supervise and support residential staff, lead shifts, and ensure adherence to placement plans
Support educational goals and maintain positive, safe relationships with children
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum age of 22 years, as per children's home regulations
Valid UK driving licence
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce
Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential Childcare
