As our Senior Reliability Engineer, you'll be the mastermind behind our reliability framework.
You'll leverage your engineering expertise to empower data-driven decision making across the organization.
Here's what you'll do: Own and Champion Reliability: You'll be the architect and owner of our reliability engineering framework, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our diverse asset base.
Craft Strategic Maintenance: Partnering with Engineering, Production, and Generation Performance teams, you'll design and implement fit-for-purpose condition monitoring and maintenance strategies to optimize asset lifespans.
Holistic Problem-Solving: By taking a comprehensive view of our hydropower operations, you'll identify and troubleshoot reliability issues, proposing innovative solutions to keep our plant running smoothly.
This role is perfect for a highly motivated and results-oriented engineer who can lead and collaborate effectively.
Our ideal candidate will have: Proven Track Record: A minimum of 10 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, engineering, or asset management is required.
Proactive Approach: You demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented attitude with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience within the hydropower industry is strongly preferred.
Software Proficiency (Advantageous): Familiarity with Maximo and Asset Intellect is considered advantageous.
