As the Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will use your solutions-driven mindset to inspire and empower individuals in their recovery who have sustained a physical or psychological injury in the workplace.
As a valued team member, you will have the responsibility of assessing needs and then providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure that SIS clients receive a safe return to work within their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery.
As part of a supportive, driven multidisciplinary allied health team that works directly with a broad spectrum of employers, you will have variety across case files and the ability to innovate and drive support pathways.
Qualifications Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Exercise Physiology & Occupational Therapy.
Minimum of 6 months experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (preferred) A willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver's license compulsory) Excellent communication skills, with a confident approach towards engaging with diverse stakeholders Highly organised, with effective time management About SIS Rehab Engage.
