You will be regarded as a trusted advisor and operator both internally within the team and among your clientele, also advising on related comercial, finance, and trust matters as required.You can expect daily duties to include:Manage residential, rural, and commercial property sales and purchases.Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing tailored advice and solutions.Prepare, review, and lodge property transfer documents, including Sale and Purchase Agreements.Conduct due diligence, including title searches and reviewing Land Information Memorandum (LIM) reports.Liaise with banks and lenders for refinancing arrangements.Advise clients on lease terms, renewals, and termination clauses.Assist with subdivision projects, including liaising with surveyors and councils.Register new titles and manage easements and covenants.Ensure compliance with trust deeds and applicable laws.Monitor key dates and deadlines, such as settlement dates and finance conditions.Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.Professional RequirementsThis role is suitable for experienced operators and registered legal executives, with 5 + years of proven experience operating in the field.
