Fluid is delighted to partner once again with our client in the search for a Senior Registered Legal Executive, actively accepting expressions of interest for this newly created role. This position sits within their market-leading Commercial team, operating on a national stage across a select portfolio of clients to service their high-volume property and conveyancing needs.The firm prides themselves on their highly-efficient, agile, modern systems, allowing you to operate with high autonomy across files. Although full-time applicants are preferred, they offer a variety of working incentives and social benefits to work with your lifestyle, so we encourage all applicants to apply so that we can discuss possible arrangements.The OpportunityThis growth role will operate across a variety of property files, including high-volume residential conveyancing and subdivision transactions. You will be regarded as a trusted advisor and operator both internally within the team and among your clientele, also advising on related commercial, finance, and trust matters as required.You can expect daily duties to include:Manage residential, rural, and commercial property sales and purchases.Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing tailored advice and solutions.Prepare, review, and lodge property transfer documents, including Sale and Purchase Agreements.Conduct due diligence, including title searches and reviewing Land Information Memorandum (LIM) reports.Liaise with banks and lenders for refinancing arrangements.Advise clients on lease terms, renewals, and termination clauses.Assist with subdivision projects, including liaising with surveyors and councils.Register new titles and manage easements and covenants.Ensure compliance with trust deeds and applicable laws.Monitor key dates and deadlines, such as settlement dates and finance conditions.Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.Professional RequirementsThis role is suitable for experienced operators and registered legal executives, with 5+ years of proven experience operating in the field.
