Job Description We have an exciting opportunity in our Wellington Facilities Management team for a Senior Regional Facilities Manager.
Working in conjunction with the Director of Facilities Management, you will play a key part of the oversight and development of the Facilities Management team.

Demonstrate leadership and best facilities management practice
Oversee facilities managementportfolios
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, andinternal stakeholders
Contribution and preparation ofdocumentation, including reports, approvals, and reviews
Ability to coordinate projects
Ensure compliance& regulatory management aremet
Excellent knowledge of legislative requirements
Qualifications 7+ years' proven successful facilities management experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proven business development and/or account management experience
Sound technical knowledge of built environment
High competence in Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
High level of self-motivation and initiative, in addition to high level of enthusiasm and positivity
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
