About the role: Reporting to the Service Manager, as a senior Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Engineer, you'll manage a volume of projects across various sites, performing servicing and installation on a range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with customers both on and off-site, working closely with your team to achieve project goals while adhering to health & safety policies. Additionally, you'll ensure clear and timely documentation supporting smooth project execution and collaboration with other tradespeople. What we are ideally seeking: Minimum 5-10 years proven refrigeration and air conditioning service experience Current NZ EWRB electrical EST license NZ trade qualification in refrigeration/air conditioning preferred Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent customer and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner High level of integrity and commitment to high standards of work Strong health & safety mindset, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards Full NZ clean driver's license If you're an all-rounder senior engineer ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, we want to hear from you!
