Enterprise Recruitment Senior Recruitment Partner Penrose, Auckland Fulltime, permanent Perm White Collar We are currently looking for a White Collar Perm Senior Recruitment Partner to join our Auckland branch. Prior experience in recruitment is desirable. Ideally, you will have client-facing work experience, enjoy regular communication as part of your job, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity for an experienced and well-established professional to bring their expertise and sound knowledge of the industry.

The role:Joining our current recruitment team, the position is responsible for understanding and meeting the needs of a wide range of clients across multiple industries. You will work together to ensure a consistent process is followed, resulting in quality candidates being placed on assignment. You will be involved with a full 360 recruitment cycle with responsibilities including but not limited to:
Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placementMaintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clientsUnderstanding client needs and tailoring recruitment strategies to those needsNegotiating job offers and employment terms with candidates and clientsInvesting time into business development to grow the desk to its full potential within the marketLeading by example, demonstrating best practices in compliance, recruitment and client managementAbout you:You thrive off success and deliver on your promises.
