The Senior Consultant is responsible for providing recruitment services to their clients and candidates with the support of company resources and like-minded people.
The ideal person will have a proven track record of success in recruitment running a full desk and the desire to be more than what they are now.
They will be confident in their ability to find the roles, the talent and then make that perfect match.
They will be able to work independently as this role is a remote role within New Zealand that while needing to support the clients can do done from anywhere in New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clientsIdentify and assess client needsDevelop and implement solutions to meet client needsManage and execute recruitment projects from start to finishProvide training and support to candidatesManage their business through tracking and reporting project progress in the CRMQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field2+ years of experience with full life cycle agency recruitment from client business development to job candidate recruitmentStrong desire to provide a better recruitment experience for their clients and candidatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM's and LinkedIn RecruiterTo apply for this position, please reach out to Sam Page at ******
