You'll play a key role in creating an environment where both staff and patients thrive, with a focus on leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.What You'll Do:Lead and manage our reception team, ensuring seamless daily operations and a positive experience for every patient.Coordinate staff rosters, managing performance, attendance, and timesheets with precision.Be the go-to for staff HR matters, providing guidance, feedback, and support where needed.Foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere, encouraging a culture of teamwork and professional growth.Work closely with remote management for administrative support, allowing you to focus on team leadership and patient service.Ensure a patient-first mentality across all touchpoints, making each visit to our practice as smooth and welcoming as possible.Your role will be the central figure at reception actively involved with patients and staff.What You'll Bring:Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on staff management, rostering, and HR.Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to set the standard for patient care and inspire your team to follow suit.A positive and empathetic attitude, ensuring both staff and patients feel supported and valued.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and an ability to handle day-to-day operations effectively.2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role within the healthcare or customer service industries.A professional and approachable demeanor, with the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently.Why Join Us?Our practice offers a state-of-the-art environment where we prioritize both patient care and team well-being.
