Join a leading pharmaceutical company known for its groundbreaking work in drug delivery systems. As a Senior R&D Engineer (Mechanical), you will play a critical role in transforming lab-scale innovations into production-ready solutions. You will report to the Chief Scientific Officer and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless transition from concept to manufacture.
Duties Create innovative electro-mechanical systems using CAD for new drug delivery products.
Build and evaluate prototypes through techniques such as additive manufacturing and injection molding.
Assist in developing scalable, cost-effective manufacturing processes.
Facilitate the transfer of technology from R&D to manufacturing and quality control.
Conduct process validation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills and Experience Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and mechanical assembly design.
Strong ability to conduct measurements, experimental study design, and root cause analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and presentations.
Experience in multi-disciplinary medical product development projects and understanding of regulatory standards.
