We invest in our people with genuine leadership and development opportunities available and competitive salaries.About This RoleAs a Senior QS, you will:Provide day-to-day guidance to your team members.Be responsible for the reporting and monitoring of internal budgets and claims involving your project.Build strong industry relationships with subcontractors and clients/stakeholders.Work with the Operational team to produce construction methodologies and programs which accurately define the project and comply with the contract requirements.Ensure your team and all personnel comply with Quality & HSE guidelines on site.You will have:At least 7+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, holding a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.A passion for driving profitability on jobs and a sharp eye for identifying any variations in savings.Sound contractual knowledge and the ability to point to relevant legislation.Experience in leadership with strong teamwork skills.Next stepsApply now!
