With a broad project range that includes retail spaces, hospitality fitouts, townhouses, office and apartment conversions, facades, earthquake strengthening, and tenant fitouts, each project brings fresh challenges and learning opportunities.The OpportunityCurrently, the team is expanding, and we are looking for a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the business. Based on a prime CBD site, you'll help oversee a $30M project involving earthquake restrengthening, facade upgrades, and a complete office fitout for a high-profile tenant. This position will give you exposure to the entire QS process, from initial estimating through to contract administration, managing variations, and working closely with subcontractors.Since there's no tendering involved, your primary focus will be on budgeting and estimating. You'll also have the chance to work directly with the developer, gaining practical project management experience, handling consultant liaison, and driving project delivery.
