We build relationships with people who share our purpose of making a positive difference and are excited to help restore people's confidence in construction.About The RoleWe are looking for someone who can work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders managing all commercial concepts, practices, and procedures from project commencement through to completion.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have a good understanding of commercial contract law, drafting subcontract agreements, assessing payment claims and variations, enforcing adherence to contractual terms and risk management.
