Technical & Relationship Work
This role suits someone with PQS (consulting) experience who enjoys client relationship work as well as technical delivery. This is your starting point with the opportunity for you to grow within the business.
Typical Work Includes
Cost planning and estimating work on construction projects, bank fund monitoring and reporting, as well as feasibility studies and cost management during construction.
Experience
Quantity Surveying experience from a PQS consultancy (contracting experience will be considered).
Solid Quantity Surveying technical understanding.
QS qualifications (NZIQS / MRICS a plus).
Experience with New Zealand contracts and standards.
As this is a client-facing role, you will be effective in relationship building and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
