A newly created role, you will be responsible for ensuring all estimating and pricing, scope of work, preparation and submitting of project tenders are completed accurately and on time.
Job Description: Along with your proven New Zealand experience as a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a proactive, quick thinker with strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Sound working knowledge of relevant contracts, standards and legislation including 3910, 3916 and 3917 Construction Contracts Act. Contract and tender experience A wizz with cost estimates Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel) + REVU Bluebeam Have high accuracy and attention to detail Have excellent organisation skills and a confident communicator First class attitude - it's a productive and close-knit team. You will need to be on the ball to keep up. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone to join a fantastic business. The final remuneration package will reflect the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate. Please note you will need to have the legal right to work in New Zealand in order to be considered for the role.
