Senior Quantity Surveyor

A prominent national main contractor with a huge depth of construction expertise and project delivery history is now looking for a high-performing Senior level QS. They are one of the most reputable commercial builders that have a solid pipeline of work. Projects span large multi-residential, healthcare, mixed use, datacentres and complex vertical builds to over $300M.They offer a well-structured working environment allowing growth with the role a mix of office and site-based. They have a key project under construction that requires an additional Senior QS.Key components of this role involve:tender preparation and analysisbills of quantitiescost managementsubcontractor managementprogress claims and assessing variationsAs a background, you are an experienced commercial quantity surveyor of at least 10+ years coming from a main contractor with a relevant tertiary degree and larger project exposure. You are practical, have an eye for detail, are adaptable, and can confidently liaise across a range of stakeholders.
