Senior Quantity Surveyor

This Tier 2 main contractor has a long history of success building in the $10M - $40M market. They are on the lookout for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead the financial management and delivery of one of several projects between $20M - $30M.
Typically your duties will involve:
Preparing tenders, project administration, evaluating & costing of variations
Liaising with sub-contractors & clients
Preparation, submission and negotiation of Interim and Final accounts
You will need to possess the following to apply:
A relevant Quantity Surveying qualification
Experience working for a Main Contractor, at least 7 - 8 years ideally in NZ
Experience working on commercial projects over $10M in value and have worked across the whole gambit of trades
You are looking to grow and develop your career with a top contractor
