Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is a medium sized construction company delivering projects across commercial new builds, warehousing, large industrial, refurbishments, interiors and education type projects. They have decisive leadership at the top ensuring the business moves quickly to address arising issues and any problems. They have strong organisational structure with performance and feedback regularly provided. They are family friendly and have a strong record of staff longevity.
Due to one of their current SQS returning overseas, they are now looking for a Senior QS.
Responsibilities: Preparing tenders, project administration, evaluating & costing of variations
Liaising with sub-contractors & clients
Preparation, submission and negotiation of Interim and Final accounts
Qualifications: A relevant Quantity Surveying qualification
Experience working for a Main Contractor, at least 7 years ideally in NZ
Experience working on commercial projects over $10M in value
